Mass Conservation With only Inlet

I am doing a three phase simulation in fluent with velocity-inlet as air(secondary Phase). When plotting contours of volume fraction I notice that the primary phase total volume doesn't look like the same as my initial volume . I saw the mass imbalance residual and it was 10e-6 . However I am still skeptical and want to calculate whether there has been any change in total mass of my primary phase.
With Only one Inlet I can't just see the flux of inlet and outlet and check.
What do I do?
