How Fluent calculate Y+ for Multi fluids model

Hello,
I Hope you people are enjoying the Day.I have a problem while dealing with VOF model and i am dealing with 2 different fluids like oil and water.
Can any body tell me how Fluent calculate the Y+ values for near wall while using vof model? As i am worried that fluent use the properties of which fluid to calculate the Y+ values?
I mean that In Y+ equation ,there are terms like kinematic viscosity and density of fluids so fluent will use the properties of either oil or water?

thanks for your response

The VOF model treats multi-phase flow as flow of an effective single phase flow. In the VOF model, there are no distinct separate substances, everything is treated as one fluid (with funny properties). The material properties are compute from a volume fraction average of the individual components (density, viscosity, etc).
