Hi everybody.

I am simulating an open channel flow.
At the inlet I impose a mass flow inlet (specifying the mass in Kg/s and the free surface depth) and initialize the solution, correctly. But after some time steps the mass flow inlet disappears!! This is very strange, as I had imposed a mass inflow equal to zero. But I have checked the boundary conditions (B.C.) and, as I did, the mass inflow is not zero, but in the simulation and calculations it is assumed equal to zero (after few time steps from the initialization). If I adopt the velocity inlet (specifying the free surface depth and average inlet velocity), this does not happen.

Do you know why?
In other simulations this does not happen to me.

Thank you
