open channel inizialization with water surface parallel to the bed

Dear all,

I would like to simulate an open channel flow, but I have a problem in the initialization.
As initial condition I would like to have a water profile parallel to the bed, thus I impose a free surface depth at the inlet and at the outlet.

I use the FLAT initialization for open channel flow, but the free surface which is generated is horizontal, and not parallel to the bed. I have tried to use both hybrid and standard initialization, starting both from the inlet and from the outlet, and also selecting "all zones".

Do you have advices?

Thank you
