Temperature doesn't match the volume of fluid

Hello everybody,

I'm carrying out a simulation where a fluid (a polymer) enters to a cavity. I carry out a VOF simulation and I obtain the following 'Phase 2: Volume of fluid' result at a particular time step:

What I don't think it's correct, is that the profile temperature is, at the same time step of the previous snapshot, the following one:

My common sense says that the Temperature result should show something similar to the VOF result, with a sharp interface between the polymer and the air temperatures.

Thanks in advance!

Please... No one find this weird?
