Constant flow with phase change (evaporation)

Hi everyone,

I am a new user of fluent. I need to make a simulation of a heater and I am not sure what should I do in the setup. Actually, the inlet of the heater is liquid water, 293K of temperature and 34ml/min of flow rate, and the outlet of the heater is totally steam. I assume the wall of the heater maintain in a constant temperature and it is high enough to convert all of the income water to steam. The phase change of water makes me confuse. I think I should use multi-phase model but I am not sure which model should be used.

Can anyone give me some suggestion?
