Free surface temperature

Dear all,

I’m carrying out a 2-phase VOF simulation and I would like to know the liquid temperature in the interface with the gas and even to track it at each time step.

How could I do it?

Thanks a lot!

Interesting; is the free surface the only contact region between gas and liquid? In that case, maybe you can write a udf that registers the temperature everywhere where alpha is between 0 and 1.

You can create the iso-surface and then ask for report the temperature in that surface.
