How to simulate a solid particle in fluent?

Hi

In my study, I want to put a metal powder on a substrate.

According to my understanding, people usually enlarge the viscosity(tenfold or even a hundred times) of the material to make it looks like a "real solid". But the problem is the metal powder will be smoothing even we don't give it any source(energy or force) on it.

Is any one know how to fix this problem or give me some suggest and I will very appreciate.

Thank you
