How to model a co flowing mist jet of air and water impinging on a flat plate with Eu

I am Trying to model the flow of coaxial co flowing air atomized mist jet using Eulerian approach in ANSYS Fluent.whenever i try to run the VOF equation *a velocity patch appears that lead to the divergence ....even with under relaxation factor reduced to 1e-6. the velocity of gas jet is around 170 m/s and the velocity of water is 0.005 m/s.

is it possible to model it or am i wasting my time....
