Two domains with different flow conditions

Hello
Is it possible to simulate two fluids flow at different conditions? the problem consists of " a vertical pipe in a rectangular tank, the fluid in the pipe is pressurized, so, it is a single phase flow. the tank is at atmospheric pressure and tow phase flow."
When I used multi-phase model, it has been set for both domains.
How can I set single phase model for a domain and two phase model for another one? also, How can I set different operating pressures for each domain?

Note that the two fluids are different.

I have a bit of an issue figuring how you establish a pressure jump between your pipe and tank - at least, I assume these two are connected, right?
