Hi,
We would like to model boiling and complete phase inversion in a boiling tube.
My original thought was to use the Eulerian model with

- Lee evaporation model and,
- TPC evaporation model

However, is full phase inversion and "boiling" possible using the above models, that is, complete change from the liquid to gas phase in the tube?

Or does one need to use the GENTROP or AIAD modelling approaches to simulate these problems.

Thanks in advance
