Display results from only one phase in a multiphase flow

Hi

I am modelling a two-phase(air and water) open channel flow. I am studying the turbulence downstream a river with different obstacles, and I would like to insert an isosurface to observe turbulence behind the obstacles. As there is high turbulence in the air, the isosurface is apparing in the air as well. Do you know if there is any way of only displaying one of the phases in workbench results? This would be very helpful for my countors as well, as it is difficult to find a range which gives a good result in both water and air at the same time, and in some cases the values in the water and air are similar, causing the phases to blend togheter, making it difficult to determine where the results of phase two starts.

Regards,
Eline

Dear Eline,

Have you tried defining an iso-clip based on volume fraction of one of the phases ? you can actually define a clip to values of water volume fraction between minimum 0.5 and maximum 1, and you can choose this clip afterwards in the surfaces list to plot your contours on.

Hope this will help.
Good luck,
Regards
Annan
