Is there a way to rotate the patched region?

Hi,
I am doing a simulation with water and vapor involved. I am looking for advice on how to rotate the patched region (image attached), or to create another region that is not defined by x,y rectangular coordinates.

Previously I have no issues patching the water region into my simulation as it was vertically upright. Now, with the addition of an inclination angle, I am lost. Sincere apologies if this was a simple question!

Patching

You can't rotate a patch but you can apply a rotated patch. It depends on the procedure you are using to apply patch. If you use region to mark the cells, then use box with coordinates representing the corners of the rotated rectangle.
