Adding new fluid to FLUENT for Multiphase analysis
 

I'm currently trying to model a vapourised refrigerant passing through a water domain. I've successfully modelled Air bubbles rising through the domain however, I'm unsure on how to add new material into FLUENT correctly as I have never done so before. I've read on here that if the intended analysis is Multiphase then it becomes more difficult compared to simply altering the density and viscosity of an existing fluid.
