I used an online platform to solve a problem related to analyze flow inside a shell and tube sides of steam generator. Initially i thought they will provide me complete case & data files, but they have only provided me some .jou files, asking me to import all the codes and install all libraries myself? Can someone guide me how to import and what libraries need to be installed?

Maybe the settings have been given in Text Command. You can open the *.jou files with a text editor.

You can run the case by going to File > Read > Journal...
It will be better if you read the journal file in your favorite text editor.
