Hi,

I was shown a presentation of a project that was made in the past using the cone injection feature that was used to model an elliptical (2 angles defining the cone) cone injection. The guy who did this is no longer working in the company and I looked over the cone injection feature in Fluent and such an option does not exist (Only 1 angle is defining the cone shape).

Anyone knows how this could be done using the cone injection feature (In the presentation it is stated that this was achieved using the cone injection feature).

Thanks.

Hi,

I am also interested in defining an elliptical cone as a DPM source in Fluent. Did you get any response to your request?

Thanks.
