Nanolayer coated and vof simulations

Hi
I wanted to simulate a plate with nanolayer-coated copper on it and compute heat transfer coefficient of evaporation-condensation. How can l simulate it without contact region problem? As l cannot see the copper layer in fluent and just plate as wall can be seen |
