Balance energy of transient flow boiling

Hi, I am new in CFD Fluent. i would like to validate my transient simulation of flow boiling inside microchannel, i try to look at the flux energy report to see the balance energy, but i found out that the net result for heat transfer rate is fluctuating and keep changing every time step. does anyone know how to check the balance energy for the transient simulation? Thank you
