Sometimes despite following right steps to fix the Visual Studio and SDK some people still may not be able to fix the problem as their operating system language is not English. http://blogs.msdn.com/b/windowssdk/a...t-english.aspx This might help those who do not have English as their operating system language. lihuang likes this.
