Windows SDK ConfigurationTool May Report an Error if OS Display Format is not English
 

While struggling to fix the UDF compiler for Fluent I came across this webpage. Sometimes despite following right steps to fix the Visual Studio and SDK some people still may not be able to fix the problem as their operating system language is not English.
