error in using a UDF to control the dynamic Mesh of a flexible oscillating Membrane

Hi every,
When I use Fluent 13.0 to simulate an oscillating membrane according to the "using a UDF to control the dynamic Mesh of a flexible oscillating Membrane", an error occurs, list in the picture from my fluent window.
Can anyone help to explain why and how to deal it?

your UDF is not compiled properly. You should install Microsoft Visual Studio and run Fluent from MSVS command prompt. After that, everything should work as mentioned in the tutorial pdf file.
