How to define the UDS boundary conditions of electromagnetic of a plasma?

Dear all,
i am working on a plasma problem.
And i defined e-field potential phi and magnetic vector Ax，Ay，Az, as UDS,but problem is, i don't know all the boundary conditions of these UDS.
For example, at cathode, i only know the value of Az, and the flux of phi,but don't know the conditions of Ax,and Ay.
So i want to ask how to deal with the UDS boundary conditions you don't know?Should i set flux or value equals zero?if so, how to make sure it's flux or value i should set?

I would suggest you read the following thesis:
1. Modelling of Dynamic Arc Behaviour in a Plasma Reactor, Andreas Westermoen
2.OpenFOAM Simulation for Electromagnetic Problems, Zhe Huang, Chalmers

The boundary conditions are defined here.
