facing problem in dynamic meshing motion preview in fluent

hi

i m doing simulation on Inertance tube Pulse tube refrigerator. For this i have used dynamic meshing option for Piston n compressor walls. To do this i linked the UDF to piston n defined it as rigid body n compressor wall as deforming body. After linking whn i see the zone motion preview the piston motion is in oppsite direction ..instead to cming inside it goes outside . Pls help me.

Hi:

Were you able to solve your problem?

I am modeling a pretty similar problem. I got the motion right, but have convergence issues. Maybe we can help each other out. Thanks :)

i didnt gt u

How are you defining the motion? UDF? what function?

Please let me know if you are trying to model any specific papers.
