multiple inlets
 
I have 200 small inlets and the inlet velocities are different (table). How can I define the inlet velocities BC by using udf to read table.

Easy. Group Inlets into inlet 1 two or three based on their flow rates. Then set the BC for each group. This way you can reduce the entry drastically. If all of them have same flow, group them, name them as inlet and set BC just for inlet.
