BigBoBy New Member Bob Join Date: Aug 2022 Posts: 14 Rep Power: 3	Hello dear community. Does anyone have experience with the P1 Radiation method in ANSYS? ANSYS has a sample code for it. This is on the following page: (en https://wwwafs.portici.enea.it/proje...df/node247.htm ea.it) A few questions have arisen about this. Maybe someone can help me. The component of a gradient of a scalar is estimated as a sum of primary and secondary component. In the code only the secondary component is calculated (with BOUNDARY_SECONDARY_GRADIENT_SOURCE). What happend to the first part? In the first lines of code the used "user-defined scalars" are defined, in enum. Why do you define P1. This is not used in the rest of the code? I would be very pleased about tips and hints.
