DEFINE_GRID_MOTION For a non rigid geometry

Hi,

I have a non rigid geometry, defined by a mathematical equation, which is deforming in time , I read that for this application DEFINE_GRID_MOTION is more suitable than Define_Geom , does anyone have an example UDF ,tutorials or more material to study and similar cases ?

I will be using the dynamic meshing as well , any clue would be appreciated .

Thank you all in advance.

How come that no one answer on here? wrong section ?

You are asking for something ANSYS already provides on its customer portal (UDF manual + tutorials).

You should start there when you are looking for tutorials.

Yes , I already checked the ANSYS manual, they do not provide such tutorials regarding my case , they only have an example about a beam , what I am looking for is someone who has done an unsteady simulation of an deforming body , an airfoil in my case.

I hope this makes it a bit clearer .
