Hi all,
I have a 2D case for an airfoil, and want to hook a UDF to it, just to test if I am on the right path with writing it. The mesh cells are rectangular. I have identified in my UDF the 2 orthogonal normal vectors for each cell near the airfoil boundary, in order to offer me the local (airfoil) coordinate system. In order to do this, I have created 6 UDSs: 3 for the x direction (X and Y components and magnitude) and 3 for the y direction (same as for x). What boundary conditions should I set for these, in order to plot these vectors in post-processing? Thank you! |

I think you are using the wrong tool: you don't want UDS, but UDM. No boundary conditions are needed for a UDM.
