UDS for Microwave Plasma
 
Is it possible to solve the following equation using UDS:

\nabla \times \left( \hat{\epsilon}^{-1} \nabla \times \textbf{H} \right) - \left( \frac{\omega}{c} \right)^2 \textbf{H} = 0

It describes complex Maxwell equation for microwave plasma in frequency domain. In cylindrical coordinates with some simplifications, it becomes:

\frac{\partial}{\partial r} \left[ \frac{1}{r \hat{\epsilon}} \frac{\partial}{\partial r} \left( r H_{\Phi} \right)  \right]  + \frac{\partial}{\partial z} \left[   \frac{1}{\hat{\epsilon}} \frac{\partial}{\partial z} (H_{\Phi})  \right]  - \left( \frac{\omega}{c} \right)^2 H_{\Phi} = 0
