Go to cell zone conditions -> source terms. (be sure to have the cell-zone where you want to add the equations separately declared)

if constant, you can directly add the value there. If the source is variable, you can use a DEFINE_SOURCE UDF to calculate the local value and link that via this menu.

by the way do you have any source code for energy equation for a VOF multiphase model?
