plotting UDS production(not UDS value)

Hi all,

Is there anyway that we can plot the production of a user-defined scalar in fluent? I cannot find this option.

Thanks,
Ali Nikparto

Hello

What do you mean under production?

Best regards

alinik October 9, 2017 21:36

I mean source

AlexanderZ October 9, 2017 21:55

You should put source as input value to calculate scalar. Am I wrong?

alinik October 9, 2017 21:57

Yes. But then I would like to see its contour plot to make sure it is correctly implemented

This source is the value, so you can write it into UDMI variable, than plot

I know I can use UDM but for that purpose I have to rewrite that portion of the code in the DEFINE_ADJUST.
I was hoping that there might be a shortcut.

I guess, that UDM is the only way

Best regards
