how to write udf accroding the Clausius-Clapeyron equation

i want to set a temperature profile, and the value is accroding the Clausius-Clapeyron equation. so how to write this? the equation involve the pressure of vapor, what macro should been used? anyone can help me ?

You would have to give more details as to where you want it defined or if you want the entire domain initialized.
Also specify the which form of the equation are you using |
