How to write UDF to evaluate mass fraction gradient?

Hey
I am working with species model within a cavity utilizing (air+H2O vapor) and I want to write a UDF to evaluate the mass fraction gradient which exists on the expression shown on the attached picture. Can anyone guide me how I can write the required UDF?
