C_YI is returning strange values

Seems like I messed it up and forgot to change message Output Operators to %f instead %d.

There are multiple issues with the code. h2o_index is undefined. If the code builds and executes that means there are some other sections of the code that are not shown here. But h2o_index is supposed to be a local variable nonetheless. I would expect r_mix to return correct value though. Do you have species modeling enabled in your simulation? If not, then this response is expected.
