UDF Not Returning Value

Hello everybody, I'm having trouble with my UDF that uses the macro DEFINE_TRANSIENT_PROFILE. I am using this code in order to rotate a propeller in ANSYS, and therefore I use the UDF in the cell zone condition for frame motion and rotational velocity. The UDF uploads with no warnings; however, the Report Definition for the UDF shows 0 on both the plot and the print console. Could somebody point out to me what I'm doing wrong? Thank you!

code should work with no problem
what is Report Definition ? are you sure, you are hooking profile properly?
