Hello,

I am trying to write a UDF for Fluent to define the fluid properties through using a 3-D graph(viscosity as function of temperature and shear rate). i am not sure if it is possible through using UDF or any other ways.

Check Ansys Fluent Customization manual, look for DEFINE_PROFILE macro
