UDF - Dynamic mesh

Hello, I am currently developing a model for a frost growth on top of a flat plate.
However, as the frost grows on top of the plate, I would like to also shift the boundary layer cells on top of frost-air interface (to keep y+<1). Is there anyway to do so?
I believe DEFINE_GRID_MOTION is incapable of doing what I described as it moves the boundary itself (as I do not want the flat plate to move).

Simply, is there a way to adjust the location of the first nodes away from the wall. (adjust the y location so that it includes frost thickness + height of first prismatic layer during the simulation)
