How do I write UDF in cyclic breathing (Attached figure)?

I want to run the CFD simulation in Ansys Fluent for cyclic breathing (first 2 sec for inhalation and afterwards 2-5.35sec exhalation-attached figure). Could you please suggest to me, how to write UDF code?

you may use transient profile for this simulation either

speaking about UDF, there are several solved cases on forum
look for DEFINE_PROFILE macro
you may take a look into Ansys Fluent Customization manual as well
