Hello,
i m a beginner in fluent.
Can I use UDF files from the tutorial for any other models?

You can't until unless problem is similar nature.
Most udf are specific either
1) Change in density with pressure
2) Chnage in viscosity etc

So if example in ANSYS does not have those into its structure, it will not work, Or bascially it will not help at all.

Write UDF which are specific to the Parameter which you are planning to change and look for similar type example.
