UDF for Species transport reaction

Hey,
I am new to the UDF. I learnt how to simulate reacting species in Fluent but the reaction I want to simulate is not simply exponents and Arrhenius law, it has exponential function etc in reaction rate which is not pre - built in Fluent.
I want to hook UDF for this reaction rate purpose. Please somebody help me from where shall I read about it or what option do I have to choose in "Reaction" dialog box?

DEFINE_VR_RATE or DEFINE_PR_RATE
