Hello!
I have a question concerning the velocity profile.
I did the UDF function and compiled it in ANSYS fluent, however I need to assign it to a BC of inlet velocity? if so, it only gives positive values of the velocity... how can the velocity change from + to - on a boundary and thus change the direction of the velocity vectors?
should I change the type of boundary conditions?

if we speak about inlet boundary condition ->
positive velocity means flow inside domain
negative velocity means flow onside domain through inlet
