Unicode decode error

Greeting. I am trying to compile a udf but receiving the following error:
UnicodeDecodeError: 'gbk' codec can't decode byte 0xad in position 6329: illegal multibyte sequence:
File "E:\udf learning\case1\libudf\win64\3ddp_node\SConstruct", line 180:
generate_udf_source(t, s, env)
File "E:\udf learning\case1\libudf\win64\3ddp_node\SConstruct", line 91:
for line in f:
At first, I thought it may be a syntax error. However, when I checked my codes, I received the same error. Then I tried to compile the codes compiled successfully before, again the same error appeared. After googling I found this is related to python and changing the file encoding to UTF-8 might solve the problem. But how to do that?

I don't know what‘s wrong with my fluent. But when I reinstalled it, the error disappeared.
