Hi,

In my problem I have an interior surface for monitoring several variables pressure, velocity, temperature etc.

I have to calculate surface averages and integrals of these variables and execute other calculations per iteration.

I don't know UDF programming and would like to ask for an example file.

First of all how can I calculate surface averages (pressure and velocity) of a surface (surface is not a boundary condition) and use these values for other calculations per iteration?

Regards

Hi,

For general cases, you don't need to use any UDF; you can use (solve->monitor->surface).
For more info, you can refer to manual.

Bests,
