I am trying to find out the flow rate value for a valve in which steam is the working fluid.

My BCs are pressure inlet and pressure outlet.

I have three cases to run with three different inlet pressures. I am bit confused what should be the properties of the vapor in the material panel.

Thanks in advance !

Your properties will be based on the pressure and temperature of the steam in the domain.
Use this for reference

What type of steam conditions do you use: is it superheated or wet? if you compute the flow of superheated steam, then it's properties can be based on the pressure and temperature. If there is a wet steam in your calculations then the Wet Steam model should be used (you have to set Pressure, Temperature, Wetness and Analog of Droplets Concentration as a BC on Pressure Inlet)
