Is it possible to change during simulation an entity from wall to interior????

Yes you can.
Stop the simulation, change the BC and start the simulation again

I have a 2D model that the upper and lower wall are moving. Part of the side wall is defined as a wall at the beginning of the simulation, and after a period of time turn into interior so fluid can flow in and out.
