2d dynamic mesh negative volume

2 Attachment(s)
Hi all,

I am working on 2d piston motion. I created three separate geometries(piston bowl, wall(stoke) and squish) in ug and then put them together as an assembly. However, when everything is all set, I got negative volumes anyway at 359.5 degree, starting from 180 degree when performing dynamic mesh. One possible reason, in my opinion, is that "wall bottom" is completely overlapped with "wall top" at TDC. I set the length of the rectangular right as equal to that of actual stroke. Do I need to increase the length of rectangular a little bit longer than the actual stroke?

any help would be highly appreciated!
