Hi
Is it possible to use VOF in parallel mode in fluent (and is it efficient as a matter of cpu time), or in a cluster with multiple core?

Is possible. I'm simulating VOF in parallel in a cluster. The cpu time depend of the mesh size. And the mesh size depend of your modelo (boundary conditions). Anyway, the cpu time is very less if you run the case in a cluster instead run the case in your laptop or desktop computer.
