What should be the best turbulence model for a critical flashing flow across a huge pressure difference ( like from 100atm to 1atm) through a very minute pipe leakage of very low hydraulic diameter ( ranging 10e-5 m) with water at temperature around 250 degrees within the pipe

Also density based solver could be good for such high mach no. compressible flow domain but that solver does not support boiling models (supported by eulerian pressure based solver models) which are predominant in such cases. So kindly somebody suggest the best solver model for such pipe leak situation.
