Hi all,
I am having some issues with the values that are reported in the 'surface integrals' section in fluent. I have a 2D geometry (a tank with diameter 0.3 m). One example of the problems i'm facing is that when using 'surface integrals' to compute the surface area of my mesh, the values comes to 48.7 m2 instead of 0.071 m2 as expected. How can that be??? I thought fluent calculated it by adding all the individual areas in my mesh so how can I get such a big value and how can i trust all the other values reported in there? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!! Yashmash |

Also I have scaled my mesh according to its real dimensions, i.e., D = 0.3 m
