Fluid travels: Zone 1 --> Zone 2 --> Zone 3. How can I modify diffusivity in each???

Hi everyone,

The question says it all. I have 3 rectangular zones linked end to end, all built & meshed in Workbench. Flow is slow and laminar, and I'd like to define a different UDS diffusion coefficient in each zone.

What is the simplest way to accomplish this? I've looked through 20 pages of CFD-Online board and apparently the answer seems to be UDF, are there really no simpler methods?

I thought I read a post on here somewhere that mentioned simply making multiple copies of a material, assigning a different desired UDS to each, and then assigning each one to one of the zones. Would this work?

Thanks very kindly,
