cavitation problem
 

hi can anyone help me explain this error i get,,
i use 3d segregated solver,rngke,mixture in control valve mesh.....
the inlet pressure and inlet velocity are known,, also the outlet pressure is known.....
the problem is after iteration,, the boundary condition and the countour pressure for outlet and inlet are different,,, i didint know how to use operating pressure condition and initialize :):) can anyone helpme!!
